Under the carbon transition across the global shipping industry, China is seizing new tech high ground. With the deepening policies implementation, China has become the core front for global electric ship tech innovation. It is said that Chinese electric ship market value will reach RMB 36.75 billion in 2026 and its global share will exceed 15% in 2030. China is leading the dual carbon reformation by its global share of 57% in green ship orders.

Asia Maine Power Expo (AMPE) is slated to be held from May 15 to 17, 2026 at Canton Fair Complex in Guangzhou. AMPE will bring 300 marine electric and hybrid power companies to showcase advanced electric and hybrid power systems, efficient energy storage solutions and smart automated control systems and 100 investing institutions and heavyweights as well as 30 000 visitors to the fairground.
